How to Order

The ordering process is set up to be as easy and convenient as possible.

To order, email me with the details of your portrait and attach a photograph.

If you don’t have a digital copy of your photo and can’t get one, you have the option to send it via snail mail. Let me know and I will send you my  mailing address.

When I receive your order, I will e-mail you an invoice for a deposit of 50%. As soon as you have paid the deposit, work will start on your commission!

You can expect your drawing to be finished in about one or two weeks. Please let me know if you are working with a tight deadline.

When your commission is complete, I will e-mail you a digital copy for approval. I will then mail you the portrait, and the remaining 50% will be due.

At any time during this process if you need help, or if you have a request that isn’t reflected in the price list, contact me and I will be happy to help you out!

Certificates

Certificates for portraits are also available. To purchase a certificate, simply place your order for the size and number of subjects. You will be invoiced for the full amount, and your certificate will be mailed to you promptly.

Payment Options

You may pay through PayPal or by cheque. If you are paying by cheque, you will need to mail your cheque to the address indicated on your invoice. Please be aware that work on your portrait will not begin until your cheque has cleared.

Guarantee

I feel like this is necessary only because of the nature of the internet and the trust that my clients put in me when they order a portrait. Your portrait is not finished until you are satisfied with it, and I will continue to work with you to until that happens! Having said that, my experiences with my clients have only been positive!
